Diving in Yucatan - trip of in Mexico

The largest reef at the Northern Hemisphere

Few destinations offer as much diving diversity as Mexico. In the same trip, we can swim with the world's largest concentration of whale sharks, submerge ourselves in cenotes with their games of lights, dive in warm, crystal clear waters with 40 meters of visibility, without forgetting the Banco Chinchorro Biosphere Reserve, the largest reef of the Northern Hemisphere.

Itinerario

Day 1: Flight to Cancun
Upon arrival at the airport, meet and transfer to the hotel ( at Playa del Carmen)

Day 2: Playa del Carmen
2 dives at cenotes.

Day 3: Playa del Carmen- Holbox island
After breakfast, transfer to Chiqila and embarck to ferry to Holbox Island. Upon arrival at Holbox island, transfer to the hotel.

Day 4: Holbox Island- Whale Shark
First thing in the morning we embarked for sailing to search of the whale shark. I swim in the high seas. During the return navigation we stopped at Cabo Catoche to eat. In the afternoon, arrival at Holbox Island. Accommodation at Holbox island

Day 5: Holbox Island - Rio Lagartos Biosphere Reserve
Early in the morning we cross the lagoon again by ferry. In Chiquilá our vehicle awaits us to cross the Rio Lagartos Biosphere Reserve. Arrival in Chitzén Itzá and accommodation

Day 6: Chitzén Itzá-Valladolid
Visit to the ruins of Chitzén Itzá, 8th Wonder of the World. After the visit , transfer to Valladolid

Day 7: Valladolid-Cobá -Akumal
Visit to the ruins of Coba, where the highest pyramid of the Yucatan is located and the only one where its ascension is allowed. We left for Akumal and rest of free afternoon to enjoy the beach full of turtles

Day 8: Akumal-Mahahual After breakfast transfer to Mahahual, located in the Caribbean Sea and facing the second largest barrier reef in the world

Day 11: Mahahual- Banco Chinchorro- Mahahual
Early in the morning, transfer by boat to the Bancho Chinchorro Biosphere Reserve. 3 dives

Free day. Relax

Day 15: Mahahual- Cancun
Transfer to the airport to take the flight back.

Day 16: Arrival
Arrival at home city.
