Diving in Providencia, San Andres - trip of in Colombia

Paradisiacal beaches and reef sharks

In the north of Colombia, in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, we find the San Andres archipelago. Composed of three islands, San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina, Providencia being the ideal place to practice scuba diving. Its isolation and distance from the continent, guarantees us immersions full of life and color in which rare is the occasion when you do not dive with reef sharks. As an anecdote of the island, the diving centers with the aim of eradicating the plague that the lionfish suppose in the Caribbean, in each dive, they hunt them and feed them to the sharks.

Itinerario

Day 1: Flight to Bogota
Upon arrival at the Bogota airport, meet and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: San Andres - Providencia
After breakfast, transfer to airport to take the flight to San Andres. There we take the flight to arrive at Providencia. Upon arrival at the Providencia airport, transfer to the hotel.

Day 3: Providencia
2 dives.

Day 4: Providencia
2 dives.

Day 5: Providencia
2 dives.

Day 6: Providencia
2 dives.

Day 7: Providencia
2 dives.

Day 8: Providencia
Free day. Relax.

Day 9: Bogotá
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Overnight at Bogotá.

Day 10: Arrival
Arrival at the home city.
